LAND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Job Code: LAM

1. S1 Degree in Law
2. Having 8-10 years experienced in government relation
3. Responsible to do land compensation or land acquisition for mining area, to manage record document of land ownership, and to ensure all land asset utilization is used in appropriate & update
4. Having good ability to negotiate and to develop relationship with local community
5. Having good knowledge of mining regulation and land compensation is preferable

ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST

Job Code: ES

1. S1 Degree in Mine Engineering/Geology
2. Having 2-3 years experienced in handling the environmental activity
3. Having knowledge & skill in handling AMDAL (Environmental Impact Assessment), Acid Mine Drainage (AMD), mine reclamation, ISO 14001
4. Certified in POP (“Pengawas Operasional Pratama”)

SR. INTERNAL AUDITOR

1. S1 Degree in Accountancy or Finance
2. Having 6 years above experiences as Auditor
3. Responsible to handling and serve audit committee and also handling any relevant ad hoc or consulting taxs, prepare audit plan including audit program and audit report including communicate it to auditee 

PERMIT AND LICENCE SECTION CHIEF

1. S1 Degree in Law or Social or Communication
2. Having 2-4 years experience on permit and licence processing in mining sector
3. Having knowledge of Mining Regulation
4. Having good communication and relationship and also able to maintain government relations

REGULATION COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR

1. S1 Degree in Law
2. Having 1-2 years experience, especially as legal auditor
3. Having understanding of regulation compliance
4. Having knowledge of the latest regulation in mining
5. Having good human relationship
