Description :

  • Min. S1 Management / Human Resources/Psychology from reputable university.
  • At least 5 years experiences in talent management, training, assessment and development department.
  • Mastering identification of training needs, designing product knowledge of training module, grow the talent pool, select key talent, and talent pool development program.
  • Responsible for all management of talent management
  • Possesses knowledge in the areas of Talent Management, People and Organizational Capabilities, Measurements, Management & Leadership Development as well as Employee Related Survey.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written. Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and also work with an integrated multi
