Club Concierge/ Purser
Provides personalized guest services in the Executive Lounge such as check-ins and check-outs, secretarial work, purser and butler, mail and information, airline reservation/confirmation, food and beverage, etc
Key Job Requirements:
Female, attractive, min. height of 165 cm, age between 20-27 years old Familiar with OPERA System Good English, motivator & self-starter, customer/people-oriented Preferably having min. 1 year of experience in an international hotel Indonesian citizenship only
Executive Chinese Chef
To maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in his respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management. Executive Chinese Chef is expected to take charge of the kitchen operation when the Executive Chef is on leave or absent from work / ensure consistency in the food quality, taste and presentation
Key Job Requirements:
Min. 5 years experience as Executive Chinese Chef in similar operation Strong in traditional Cantonese cuisine, and other cuisine (Shichuan Shanghainese would be an advantage) Must speak basic English and Bahasa Indonesia/ Malaysia is preferable
Chief Engineer
Responsible for the efficient operation of the entire mechanical and electrical engineering systems of the hotel including the proper maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure their efficiency and optimum utilization
Key Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from a reputable university min. 4 years of experience in similar position Execellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical engineering system and Fire & Life Safety Procedure Execellent command of written & spoken English Indonesian Citizenship only
